Why would my heart rate be 91 when waking in the morning and just sitting up in bed ? later on be 46?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Calvin Weisberger answered

Heart rate: Typically there's a bump in heart rate immediately on awaking which later slows to its usual base rate.
