Positional symptoms: As the blood pools in the legs because of gravity when you sit or stand for a bit of time, your heart receives a signal to accelerate the heart rate so that there is an uninterrupted flow of blood to the brain. If you wore to get up quickly or abruptly, you may experience dizziness or even pass out! Try to walk or elevate your legs, avoid sitting or standing for long, stay hydrated, avoid caffeine

No and pulse: Your morning bp is borderline normal but not unusual for a young person and the heart rate is within normal limits. Your palpitations with a heart rate of 120 May not be due to primary heart problems but may reflect anxiety and stress. It's important to avoid alcohol and caffeine and if you feel anxious or stressed, your physician can refer you for stress management therapy.
