Multiple reasons: there are multiple potential benign reasons for this to occur. Keep in mind that these heart rates you describe are all still within normal range. In the early morning, stress hormone levels such as cortisol, are at there highest and therefore heart rates can tend to be higher for that reason. Another possible cause is that you are rapidly rising out of bed, so the heart rate will rise.
