See your doctor.: You're probably afraid to go to your doctor with this, right? Treatment of an infected blackhead only takes a second, and then the pain will be gone. Don't put it off any longer, get it treated.

Dermatologist?: If you have a dermatologist i would have them take a look, warm compress may give you temporary relief but it sounds like that bad boy needs to be drained to achieve real relief!
