You have a reactive: lymph node behind your ear. It is probably inflamed due to allergies,that is why it hurts. If you keep touching it,it will become even more inflamed and swollen. Leave it alone and it will get better when your allergies lessen..

Minor sore throat in right tonsil which comes with a cough occasionally. Some minor ear pain comes and goes but nothing major. I just noticed lymph nodes near ears are mildly swollen. What could this be? Allergies? Also no fever or sinus problems.
