No,this can't: Applying pressure to blackheads to open them cannot kill you, However, you need to do this carefully, to avoid an infection. Gentle pressure with clean, warm wet compress is effective& generally won't cause infection. Do not use a needle or other type of instrument. You need to see your primary care doctor or dermatologist for advice & medical therapy for acne,lots available without prescription
