See UR doctor ASAP!: A black head can be an eschar or necrotic skin from the venom of the spider bite, and the ones most likely to cause it can be a brown recluse, in which the area can get more swollen. See YOUR DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY! Go to Urgent Care, or ER. You need to have it treated. Do not run, or exercise to spread venom. Elevate, ice it, and seek help if painful. to get a clear diagnosis first! All bites are red!
