Eruption pattern: Some of these problems can be improved with treatment, while others one just has to let nature take its course. Early intervention with orthodontic treatment and selective primary (baby) tooth extraction can often allow for a better eruption pattern and result in less or no orthodontic treatment later on. See an orthodontist asap for a consultation.
