Can a different diet help my fibrofog?

Probably: Eating fresh real food, not food from packages or mixes, will give you the nutrients you may be lacking. Organic brightly colored fruits and vegetables, free of pesticides, are ideal. Nuts in small amounts good, too. Do not eat fried foods and sugar (added sugar, sugared drinks, alcohol, anything with high fructose corn syrup, baked sweets, candy, ice cream, etc).
