Avoid dairy: Avoid red meat and dairy, add vitamin c, b complex and omega three fatty acids and you may see an improvement with in a few months while you take your medications.

Eat whole foods: Good fats such as olive oil and coconut oil are fine in sensible amounts. Eat a rainbow of organic vegetables and just enough protein. Eat complex carbohydrates, avoid sugars and limit flour products. Consider a trial of gluten and dairy free.
