Why do i get cramps and nausea after eating? i'm a teenager.

Hard to say: There are several possibilities. You may be eating foods which are high in fat (such as junk foods) which may cause cramping. Eating quickly can cause issues as well. Milk/milk products can be a problem if you are lactose intolerant. You may have reflux. Check with your doctor to see what is causing your problem.
