First period?: At age 46 i don't think you meant to ask if you were about to have your first period? Irregular menstrual bleeding is a common problem that obgyns treat. If there is concern for pregnancy then check a pregnancy test. Schedule a visit to discuss options for cycle control and to address your cramps, nausea and headaches.
