Ovulation?: Ovulation occurs with a sharp drop in estrogen which produces a signal releasing LH from the pituitary gland in the brain to cause progesterone to be made in the ovary. This does not generally produce nausea. Obtain a serum HCG test for pregnancy, and if negative, consult your healthcare provider for an exam and advice.
