Bump inside eyelid for month, what is it?

Stye: This is likely a stye or hordeolum. These are blocked oil glands in the eyelid. They will usually resolve on their own but can lasts several weeks or even months. The best thing to do is apply heat to the area for 10 minutes three times a day.
