I have a small red painless bump in my lower eyelid margin (kind of the crease of the eyelid) for almost 2 months. what could it be?

Many things: There are many conditions that can appear on the eyelid margin. It is impossible to diagnose without examination under a slit lamp microscope by an ophthalmologist. Eyelid styes, papillomas, blepharitis, even skin cancers can occur on the eyelid. If this bump is new, than you need to be examined by an ophthalmologist to determine the diagnosis and then further treatment. Good luck!
