Stye : Sounds like a chalazion (stye). By 6 months, chances are it's not going to resolve without treatment. See an ophthalmologist. Removing them is a simple office procedure.

Milium?: See a dermatologist or ophthalmologist. Not due to cosmetic. A milium is a trivial little spot, similar to a deep pimple, easily removed. Don't try it yourself.
