Is 7 days on amoxicclon 875 enough to kill tooth abcess?

No: Antibiotics may reduce the actively dividing bacteria by 50% but do nothing to reduce dormant or resistant strains of bacteria, you must do definitive treatment to eliminate the cause of your abscess- your dentist will determine what is the best treatment for your problem (usually:root canal, extraction, or periodontal treatment). See your dentist.

Tooth abscess: It sounds like you might be self-medicating yourself. If that's true- first it is a very bad idea and second, you won't resolve the abscess. Period! dental abscess require both proper antibiotic coverage and definitive dental treatment to remove the cause of the infection. Without both, the problem is still there. See your dentist to discuss options and properly treat your infection.
