Too late: Once teeth erupt they are fully formed. There are no pills that will strengthen already formed teeth. Fluoride toothpaste and/mouthwash may help. 3 best things to do: 1- brush 2x/day for 2 minutes. 2 - floss or water pik daily. 3 - see dentist regularly.

None: Vitamins will not effect your teeth once formed but a healthy diet loe in sugars and acids is important to maintaining them. Good brushing and flossing and regular dental care are what matters.

Stronger teeth: Once the enamel of the teeth have formed, there is nothing that you can take orally to strengthen them. Some topical medications can slightly strengthen enamel. There are lots of things you can eat, drink or suck on to weaken them! rather than give you some simple generic answers, i suggest you see a dentist for an exam and discuss this issue in a comprehensive way in order to obtain dental health.
