The first question to ask your prescriber is what is the evidence that you need these at your age. And what is the evidence that you will live longer and healthier if you take these giving everything your medical team knows about you. They should be only taken if needed.

Would assume that blood studies demonstrated low levels of both Vitamin B-12 and vitamin D. Regarding the D, you likely mean D-3, as D-2 is the animal variety. Yes, you can take both together as prescribed.

Agree with Dr. Grim. You can take these medications together, however, the need to take the supplements is not clear. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
