Nothing: No vitamins will strengthen adult teeth already formed, a good diet will help the gum and bones supporting the teeth. Various topical paste and rinses will help remineralize and strengthen the surface of the teeth.Hope that helps.

Mi paste: Healthy diets and vitamins will help, keep your gums healthy and this will help keep, your teeth strong. A healthy diet will have little sugars, soda and junk food to, decay teeth. Talk to, your dentist about a tooth conditioner called mi paste. This contains calcium and phosphate that the tooth enamel can absorb and make it harder. This is as close as we get to regenerating teeth.
