What to do for a headache due to braces?

Be sure of cause: If you normally never had headaches in the past and headaches only occur whilie wearing braces, only then it can be said with some confidence that headaches are due to braces which may not be properly fitting. However if you get even mild headaches at other times or before braces also then most common cause is migraines.
