Tension headaches?: Cervical bone spurs do not cause pain in and of themselves. Many patients with spurs don't have any symptoms. There is little to no correlation, for the most part, between cervical x-ray findings and the presence or absence of symptoms. It's quite likely that your headaches may be from another cause, such as tension or stress headaches. See http://bit.ly/1v0GgZh http://bit.ly/1t1LbhG
