Broken blood vessel from squeezing spot, is this okay?

Normal: Squeezing an area such as a pimple will cause trauma to the skin around the area resulting in local damage to the tiny blood vessels in the area and could cause a black and blue make. This is nothing to worry about and will resolve over several days.
