Should i worry about a small broken blood vessel only eye? pinhead size spot on my eyeball

No: If small bruise (subconjunctival hemorrhage) is not causing any symptoms other than its presence, i would not worry about it. It should completely resolve after 7 to 14 days. Again it should not cause any untoward symptoms.
