Unlikely: The so-called flesh eating disease is a bacterial infection caused by an aggressive staphlycoccus organism which usuallly infects deeply into the skin and deeper tissues. It is fortunately not very common. However, it is not a good idea to "pop" pimples as this can cause the infection and inflammation to spread.
