Sinus pressure: You may be referring to sinus pressure and when bending down, the pressure becomes evident on the roots of the upper back teeth that are nearest to the sinus making them feel uncomfortable. See your dentist to take radiographs (x-rays) to determine if this is indeed the problem or if you have decay or any other dental condition.
