Penicillin: Penicillin is a medication to destroy bacterial infection, not a pain killer. By "outgrown tooth" I assume you mean a malaligned tooth. You need immediate help. See a General Dentist. Referral to an Orthodontist may be in order.

No penVK see dentist: Pain doesn't necessarily mean infection, and penicillin probably won't help. For sure don't treat yourself. See your dentist then follow his or her advice.
