Tooth: If your tooth hurts when you lay down you should set up an appointment with a tooth doctor. I see a tooth doctor annually and I am sure the dentist will give you good care.

Pain: If it's an upper back tooth it may be a sinus issue. At any rate, find a Dentist who can physically examine you, take necessary x-ray's, and administer vitality tests.
