Yes: Cavities can infect the pulp of a tooth and that spread of infection can refer pain down to the neck.

Cavities stress: Stress, clenching, and grinding your teeth can... And it may mimic a cavity or tooth pain. Go to the dentist and get evaluated you may just need a night guard.

Maybe: There is nothing impossible. If you have many cavities and infected teeth you may be in pain all over your head and neck. See a dentist asap.

Yes: Yes, if the infection spreads beyond the tooth, into the soft tissue and lymph nodes of the neck. More likely with lower teeth.
