7 hrs ago had 2 cavities filled, given 3 shots for pain, still felt a lot of pain, throat really hurts, scratchy, coughing. weird taste in my mouth.

Multiple issues: I am glad you had the dental treatment done and am sorry you felt discomfort during the procedure, however this is not related to the throat issues or the weird taste. Those symptoms sound more like a viral infection (cold, flu...). If the fillings hurt please see your dentist and for the throat please see your PCP or an ENT if it does not get better in 7-10 days.
