My chest feels tight and it feel like something stuck in my chest cavity. when try to swallow water or food it hurts. and when i feel like about brup coming up i feel burning/ scratching feeling, throat feel weird and cold cough. it gerd or covid-19?

Not covid: Those are not symptoms of COVID. GERD is a possible cause but there are other causes that need to be investigated involving an anatomic abnormality of your esophagus (for example, a diverticulum or ulcer) or a motility disorder - there are many variants.

Symptoms: You would need a medical assessment to determine the cause of your current symptoms. With chest tightness, cough, cold symptoms and throat discomfort there are a number of possible causes. COVID 19 can present with GI symptoms.
