I was doing some research online about cluster headache. I saw melatonin listed as a preventative. Does it work pretty well at preventing cluster headaches? Also how does something like melatonin help such a crippling disorder?
I am always tired but i can't sleep, when I do its so hard nothing will wake me up and I have constant headaches. What's wrong? I've tried melatonin and no caffiene after a certain point and no naps during the day, but nothing helps.
