You can, but: It's not uncommon for melatonin to result in headache -- I have heard this from others. Also, it's best to take vitamins separately from other medications so that absorption is better for all. Are you checking your blood pressure regularly? High blood pressure may be a cause for headache in some people. You could also try a lower dose of melatonin and see if this helps.

You can check this : out on the Drugs.Com drug interaction checker. I doubt it will accept the fish oil but it should provide accurate information for actual medications.

Best to discuss medication & possible sleep study with your Psychiatrist. If uncomfortable with your Dr. consult another for a second opinion. Have a physical exam by a Dr. to determine if you have a physical illness. Consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy with ZOOM.
