A member asked:

Is extraction site supposed to have yellowish color?

No: A yellowish color could indicate infection in the area of the extraction. Pleas have the area re-examined by your dentist.

Possibly: Extraction sites retain a blood clot to stimulate healing and bone fill. Color can vary, but if you are having continued discomfort and or pain, you may wish a dental revisit to examine the site.
