What causes nausea immediately after you break a bone?

Body chemistry: Release of certain chemicals in response to pain and fracture itself.

Fracture: Sever pain can stimulate your vomiting center in the brain. Sometimes paincan cause blood-pressure loss which can also cause vomiting.

Pain: Nausea is a centrally mediated reflex in response to a noxious stimuli... Pain can trigger this.

Severe pain or : Opiate pain medications are two causes of nausea.

That is a good: Question. I think it is a combination of pain, fear, anxiety hyperventilation or shallow respiration besides the negative visual stimulus when detecting a deformity cased by a fracture or even inability to move. Usually nausea is in this case a sign of brain relative hypoxia. I would love to read other colleagues opinion on this.
