That is a good: Question. I think it is a combination of pain, fear, anxiety hyperventilation or shallow respiration besides the negative visual stimulus when detecting a deformity cased by a fracture or even inability to move. Usually nausea is in this case a sign of brain relative hypoxia. I would love to read other colleagues opinion on this.
