FM or Autoimmune : Teenage females with generalized pain, headache, temperature change sensations & nauseousness has systemic disorder. Fibomyalgia, endocrine and thyroid disorders & autoimmune etiologies need to be considered. An infectious disease also needs to be ruled out. A full medical work-up is indicated.
