Sudden tremors l+r hands/arms after nausea, dizzy, distorted vision (fish bowl). brain mri clean. mild c3-c5 stenosis, bone spurs. cause of tremors?

Tremors: Most likely the stenosis at c3-c5 is the cause. The opening where the nerve exits the vertebrae is narrowed so the nerve is pinched. Stress, muscle spasms would make the stenosis smaller and cause more pressure on the nerve.
