Listen,: Skin disease is not my cup of tea, I am a surgeon . One should first find out what causes the rashes. I not it is not simple, but them let the dermatologist to start shooting from the hip with lotions and potions. Do not order by yourself drugs from the net, regardless from where they are shopped to you. See a good dermatologist, of if you have seen one, have a second opinion!

Is probably: Heat rash. Try cornstarch unless scratching then would use 1%hydrocortisone. If not improving see pediatrician
