Ive had this rash for a couple months now on the back up my neck and it goes up into my scalp. i was prescribed a cream for atopic dermatitis and did not go away. i then was diagnosed with ringworm and was given steroid tablets and its still there?

You need to see a dermatologist to determine the diagnosis of the rash so the correct treatment can be administered. A rash cannot be diagnosed without actually seeing it. You could have excess or even psoriasis and, if so, the treatment would be different. Good luck to you!
