Hello. i have developed a red rash in my neck area ( front). i have used acqueous cream to try and calm the rash. it has been about a week now.

Anti-inflammatory : cream and dermatology evaluation. I suggest using 1% hydrocortisone cream topically 2-3 times/day PLUS an oral antihistamine like benadryl, Claritin or Zyrtec.
