Control Insulin: The key to balancing hormones in pcos is to balance sugar and insulin. The underlying cause of pcos is Insulin resistance. Following a low carbohydrate diet with plenty of protein and good sources of fat along with exercising will lower Insulin and make Insulin more effective at controlling blood sugar. This will help lower testosterone and improve Progesterone levels. And prevent diabetes.
