Can hormone levels be normal, but drs think you have pcos by seeing 2 big cyst on ovary, maybe enometromas ( low echo sounds) 6 and 8 cm.

Possible, but...: Only doctors who are very confused would think 6 and 8 cm. Cysts mean you have pcos. Cysts that large are always abnormal, endometriomas are a possibility. I hope you have followup with your doctor for this.

Endometriomas: Polycystic ovarian syndrome and endometriomas are two distinct entities. Complex cysts that are 6 to 8 cm each are more consistent with endometriomas. Pcos cysts are more in the range of 5 to 10 mm, multiple in a chain of pearl pattern on the outer edge of the ovaries.
