Approach to disease: Chiropractors and many holistic practitioners look at the root causes of disease and try to change the course of the illness. They believe that the root cause can be changed. Hashimoto's is an autoimmune disease that can be triggered by gluten intolerance, leaky gut, infections, stress, etc. If those issues are addressed, then Hashimoto's can be reversed.

It depends: on what you are taking glutathione for and in what form- IV vs. oral. Typical dosages of vitamin C range from 500-1000mg but check with your doctor for the right dosage for you.

Not necessarily: What you describe is orthostatic intolerance. There are other things besides POTS that can cause this. You are on a medication, Verapamil, that can effect heart rate and blood pressure, so this symptom might be from the medication. Other things that cause the heart rate to go up like this include: dehydration and mitral valve prolapse. You should see your doctor for further workup.
