NO: Pcos is a clinical diagnosis and a diagnosis of exclusion. If you are pregnant, the above values are not helpful in this regard. Pcos is a clinical entity if irregular periods due to lack of ovulatory cycles, and evidence of high androgen (male hormones) levels clinically or on lab work. The above hormone levels are not indicative of pcos but also are not informative if already pregnant.

Can't test in preg: Lab work for pcos is not going to reliable if you are pregnant even if it is only your fifth day of pregnancy.
