Not normal: Your symptoms: irregular bleeding, hot flushes and night sweats, are not normal at your age. I'd need more information to rule out a hormonal problem besides pcos. Have you had your thyroid checked? The ultrasound sounds ok, but small endometrial polyps can cause irregular bleeding (between periods) and they may be better seen on a "saline ultrasound".
