To ER now: This could be many things including a lung infection, pericarditis, myocarditis, or something else. At your young age, this is concerning.

Evaluation: There are many causes for chest pain and shortness of breath. For evaluation including history, physical examination, tests are required to properly diagnose the cause of your symptoms. Recommend seeing your doctor as soon as possible.
