Allergies/asthma: The symptoms you describe sound like they might be caused by allergies to something in your indoor or outdoor environment (pollens, dust, grass, pet fur/dander, etc). You might also have some reactive airway disease exacerbated by the same. Examine your environment for potential allergens and try to eliminate exposure to them. If this does not resolve, seek further medical evaluation/treatment.
