Prompts fatigue: Many behavioral methods can assist including: sleep hygiene mandates, regular sleep times, if poor sleep - consider staying up an hour later next night, no even pinpoint lights in bedroom, white noise, establishing a worry time during the day in which you journal/ discuss, meditation, thought stopping, leaving bed if prolonged difficulty - returning when exhausted (boring activities preferred).
