My 16 year-old-daughter suffers debilitating anxiety/panic disorder/ & diagnosed with ibs; 9 months battle. currently on home instruction, help?

Needs psychiatrist: She needs to see a psychiatrist. Depression definitely needs to be ruled out as as well as a number of other psychiatric disorders.She needs a more aggressive approach at pharmacotherapy by a seasoned psychiatrist who is not afraid to be aggressive with the treatment. I would also recommend considering a sleep consult. Sleep apnea causes many psychiatric problems and is often undetected.
