Dentist said x-ray looked ok.still bit itchy. it is crowned, root canalled. can it itchy by being too tight on metal crown, if so what can it be done?

Itchy tooth: The problem you are having is that your dentist has never heard of a tooth feeling itchy. Gums: Have your gums checked, the gum may be inflamed.

Can feel different: Sometimes after the crown is done can..Feel different for few days..As long as the bite and contacts are okay not tight or open..And if dentist said margins looked okay on xray..Should feel better in few days...If not than get it checked by your dentist..
